1. Are you trading company or manufacturer?
We are factory.

2. Can I get samples?
Yes. We can provide free samples but freight on your side.

3. How long is your lead time?
The sampling period is 7-10 days, and the mass production period is 30 days after we received deposit.

4. What’s your payment term?
50% T/T deposit in advance, balance before shipment.

5. What is your MOQ?
Our moq is 10k.

6. How do you control the quality?
We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production. 100% Inspection throughout the whole production process; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.

7. What's your shipping way?
We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detail requirements. By sea, by air, or by express, etc.

8. What are your packing methods?
Polybag bag and carton. We also could pack according to your requirement.

9. Can you do OEM and ODM?
Yes we can OEM and ODM.
